Covid-19 guidelines are NOT in place here!!!! No non-woven checks, no temperature checks, no hand sanitizing, attendees can scream and talk inside, no social distancing, and staff themselves do not wear masks or do not wear them correctly.
Honestly a very mid live house. Feels like what Shin-Kiba Studio Coast was like; out in the middle of "nowhere" in a space that isn't fully developed yet and has a chaotic drink space. The first floor opens up to the outside when doors open. Lining up for anything happens on the 2nd floor (usually).
There isn't a very efficient place for staff to sell goods for a popular show. Also seems like they are short staffed? Or just very disorganized still since opening here.
If you end up with a seated ticket on the 2nd floor and are disabled, you will need to talk to a staff member to help you get to it; there are also some stairs no matter what on the 2nd floor to reach most seats, so if you cannot even walk up or down maybe 10 or so stairs (3 in the very least), consider calling in advance to reserve one of the 2 (or maybe 4) spots on the 1st floor for wheelchairs.
Bring ear plugs if you're even the slightest bit sensitive to auditory overstimulation. There were many audio issues for the live I...
Read moreI am so disappointed by the staff here. We talked to several people and let them know that we should be re-lining up for soundcheck by our asssigned number and then again for VIP concert ticket number and then aagin for hi bye event. Several people who should've been further back were upfront and my friend pays a membership to get these lower numbered VIP Tickets. When we tried talking to mangaer, it was useless because they were stating it doesn't matter about VIP number. Literally thats the whole reason we came from USA!? The main concert ticket is the longest aspect. They had us line up by number for soundcheck. Get your act together Zepp! They had us get our VIP lanyards and check our tickets not once but two times before allowing us to enter venue? Causing huge delays and frustration. I hope that this venue also re-evaluates benches or chairs because it was very uncomfortable. Or even if they had the rows going higher so you could see...
Read moreCompact venue with the most basic amenities, and close to the train station (Tenkubashi, Keikyu Line). It is located in Haneda Innovation City.
This medium-sized concert venue’s 1st floor is either 2,400+ people if standing or 800+ if seats are made available, while 2nd floor is 300+ reserved seats; format depends on the production you are watching.
Other than the ticket (entrance fee), each person is required to purchase a drink. The first drink is fixed at ¥600 which you pay by cash or IC (Suica, etc.) as you enter, and you receive a “drink coin” which you can exchange at the counter for a drink of your choice; it doesn’t matter if your first drink is cheaper but you won’t receive change. (Additional drinks can be purchased for the respective prices afterwards. No food available...
