Located at the Haneda Garden, at the deepest corner of the building this shop has many Japanese characters and traditional stuff being sold here. Totoro, Hello Kitty, Monchichi, Pokémon and many others. The place is also tax free, please head to information counter to get the tax free amount back. Overall pleasant place and lots to see. Highly recommended.

TOBI・BITO SOUVENIR TOKYO is a great little shop on Level 2 of Haneda Airport Garden, perfect for a last-minute stop before leaving Japan. They have a tasteful selection of souvenirs, from traditional crafts to modern Tokyo-themed gifts. 最悪の体験でした。女性店員が突然現れて、まるで私たちが不法侵入でもしたかのように怒鳴りながら退店を強要されました。閉店時間が午後8時であるという案内や事前の告知は一切なく、非常に理不尽でした。彼女の態度は攻撃的かつ無礼で、とても日本の接客とは思えません。このような恥ずべき対応は、日本の店舗としてあり得ないことです。お客様への敬意がまったく感じられず、非常に不快な思いをしました。この店は絶対におすすめしません。 Absolutely appalling experience. The female shopkeeper abruptly stormed in and shouted at us to leave the shop, as if we were intruding — all because it was closing time. There was no prior notice, no announcement, nothing to indicate the shop would close at 8pm. Her attitude was shockingly aggressive, rude, and completely uncalled for. In Japan, where customer service is held to a high standard, this kind of disgraceful behaviour is not only unacceptable but downright shameful. This shop clearly has no respect for its customers. Avoid at all costs.
