Harbor View park has probably one of the most magnificent views of the harbor, which makes sense due to the name..obviously. It was so clean and refreshing i felt almost cleansed after going for a peaceful stroll through the park. all the flowers surrounding you everywhere, it was honestly beautiful. i do recommend going for anyone who loves flowers and peaceful walks through parks as this is one of the best...

Very nice park with an observation deck (platform?) of the harbor (regular port things with large warehouses rather than an aesthetic view). Bathroom available by the deck. Connects to an English rose garden and other small gardens. LOTS of butterflies, so pretty. Went on a Saturday afternoon, there were people but not too much that it felt crowded. Good...

Rose garden🌹 📍at Minato-No-Mieru Oka Park in Yokohama city near Tokyo. I was very glad to see this scenery again this year. This park was opened in 1962 on a hilltop overlooking the Yokohama bay. The rose garden in the spring and the fall is especially famous. — Since Japan is currently in the midst of the Golden Week holidays, this place is very crowded. So, it is very difficult to take pictures of this scenery without including people.
