Its a very beautiful place for a breathtaking view of Minato Mirae area 51. The upper deck offers a great view of the Minato Mirae and the Yokohama bay. I have been here multiple times. The view is awesome at the time of Sunset and after that. You can also observe the beautiful Sunrise. You can observe the big cruise ships arriving here with international tourists.
