Dostyk Plaza — Attraction in Almaty

One of Almaty's better malls. Has a fancy supermarket (Galmart), Starbucks, Zara and the rest of the Inditex family. Food options are overpriced for what they are. The fancier places on the outside are pretty much Western prices. I recommend making your own burger can Burger Smug and avoiding their premade choices. Avoid the pho at the Viet place. It's nothing like what real pho should be.

The third floor food court is also a joke. The Italian pasta place has terrible pasta. Tastes so bad. I like the fresh deli items at Galmart or Starbucks sandwiches. Better than most...

Very cool store! We leave only here as a family. Simple, comfortable, you can buy everything you need on any wallet or just walk and distract from the hustle and bustle. On holidays, there are always beautiful decorations, photo zones, show programs, gifts - in general, the festive mood is provided!) An excellent cinema, though it’s expensive compared to others! Restaurants, cafes and footcords for every taste and budget! Not a very important plus, convenient location - can be reached both by bus and by car (large parking)! I recommend...

A mall with many brand names stores. Good mall for shopping for well-known clothes and stuff. The prices are as normal as the brand clothes cost, not different prices from what you would pay in Europe or USA. To my surprise, LEGO shop is also in the mall. I didn’t see the shop, but I saw a couple of LEGO display throughout the mall.

The food court is on the 3rd floor. Different American food and other options. There are different seatings you can sit and relax for a little while.
