Please change your business hours/ closing time to the correct time. We came 20 minutes to "closing time" which is 1800hrs according to this page and we were made to stand outside the gate with our items. Train your workers to receive visitors of all calibres with respect. "Okay we are closed (but not according to this page here) but come inside the gate and wait for another worker to receive your small gifts" would have been great.

The only reason I still gave these small gifts was; for the children and a commemoration of an important family member on this particular day. Some of us do give from the heart - it's not for a show off, not a business exchange or any of that. The way you treat people from the gate to inside the premises matters a lot. The babies here are so happy and well taken care of. The members of staff are kind and loving to the babies and volunteers alike. Collectively, we acknowledge and celebrate each child's milestones such as when they learn to stand, when they walk or say something.

It's a beautiful place to come to and a wonderful community within which one can experience the innocence and love of multiple children at a time.
