Having stayed at Yaya Apartments multiple times throughout 2024 and into 2025 (April, August, and December 2024, plus April 2025), I can confidently say this property has consistently exceeded our expectations. What keeps us returning is the perfect combination of cleanliness, efficiency, and most importantly, the genuine care and attention from the entire staff.|Cleanliness and Maintenance|The apartments are impeccably maintained, with every detail attended to. Anne, our regular housekeeper, deserves special recognition for her thoroughness and dedication. She goes above and beyond in ensuring our apartment is spotless and comfortable for each stay. Her attention to detail and consistency have made our multiple visits feel seamless and welcoming.|Safety and Security|One of the primary reasons we choose Yaya Apartments repeatedly is the exceptional level of safety and security. As a family with children, this gives us tremendous peace of mind. The secure environment allows us to relax and enjoy our stay without worry.|Outstanding Staff|The team at Yaya Apartments truly sets this property apart:||Willie has been incredible with our children, going far beyond typical hospitality duties. He watches over them when they use the gym facilities and even provides helpful fitness tips. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Yaya Hotel and Apartments! As the organizer of a 54-person group trip to Kenya and Tanzania, Yaya Hotel and Apartments didn't just meet our needs—they went extraordinarily above and beyond to ensure our group had an incredible experience.||Coordinating accommodations for 54 people is no small feat, and Yaya Hotel handled every detail with grace and efficiency. The staff was incredibly organized and responsive to our group's needs. From the front desk to housekeeping, every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Special shout outs to Meda, Noelle, Hilda. There are others whose names escape me, however, their service is not forgotten. Their willingness and flexibility to meet every request showed true hospitality and integrity.||The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. For a large group with diverse needs, everyone found their accommodations more than satisfactory.||If you're planning a group trip to the area, I cannot recommend Yaya Hotel and Apartments highly enough. I stayed at Yaya apartments in April 2025 with friends when I was attending a wedding. Our whole wedding party stayed at Yaya where the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.||||The apartments are perfect. The lounge was spacious, coupled with a well equipped open plan kitchen. This area was ideal to entertain friends and family, bonding and creating memories.||||The rooms were spacious and air conditioned. The bed was comfortable with clean crisp white bedsheets serviced every day. There was enough wardrobe space and the rooms were spacious enough to place our luggage neatly.||||The bathrooms were clean and all things necessary such as towels, shower gel and shampoo were included. There was also a douche!! ||||Yaya apartments are located right next to Yaya centre which has a variety of shops and facilities including a supermarket. They also had a market on a Sunday where one could find plenty of bargains...
