Yejoka Gardens — Restaurant in Nairobi

Went there on a Saturday afternoon to explore as its in my area. First bad experience was the askari dragging his feet to open the gate for me to enter with my car, looking at me as if he doesnt want me to enter. Found a parking inside and proceed to find the entrance to restaurant, from the back door to the front where I eventually saw the tables. No one guided me on where to go. A lot of waiters just standing around. I found a table and seated myself. After I seated myself no-one bothered to attend to me, Ethiopean and Somali customers came in and was attended to quickly, they were served food and drinks. I left after sitting for half an hour without any service. This restaurant just caters for Ethiopeans and Somalis they dont bother...

Overrated and a disappointment. Very bad service because of language barrier... it would be nice to hire people who actually speak Swahili or English. I will forget the food soon. This is the harshest review I have given to a place. And the washrooms are about a mile away... well... not a mile... but you get the point... a HUGE disappointment... I appeal to the management to step up because we hear about the place often but when you go it is...

Yejoka, hmmmm, not so much like it, but I have a friend with a room which we seat and enjoy our night there. His favourite is always straight Jagermeister shots and Sheesha. Why I don't like it is a few times, we have had police raids there and it always drives me up the wall. Also, there is an issue of parking every so often. Oh did I mention the food is straight Ethiopian and the prices...
