Sopa Lodges — Attraction in Nairobi

Rooms Are nice, one house shared 2 Apartments, service is nice, and the guards Are all the time walking around. It is a hotel almost inside national reserve, so there Are wild animals all around (I Had a small lizzard in My bathroom, dik-dik under. Window, and all sort Of sounds around), but that is Nature. Food was really good, but there is no mobile network and wifi is working only in main building (restaurant and caffe). Sopa Naivasha is very disappointing in terms of buffet they offer especially dinner and lunch. No variety, not enough food. The waiters are measuring how there serving. It's literally the worst buffet I have ever seen in my life.. The waiters some are slow some are well trained but overall the service, food, check out and check in its very poor. The rooms need better cleaning also. With a hotel with such beautiful ambience you would expect more. But not Sopa Naivasha. Please up your game immediately. We would never come back to...

Very poor services. I emailed the reservations to reserve accommodation but they didn't reply for three good days.
