i reduce 2 star for them just because of the customer care and waiters ok this is wat happen i find the bukhara restaurant from magazine and after very long working day we prepared to go there for dinner at night from beginning the waiter had some issue mentally i think...i told her 1 butter nan 1 plain nan she laughed like crezy and said they are the same?????i said u mean u written same thing 2 times in menus??? then she gv us 1 salad only and wen i ask she said this is the ruls... so if some one order 1 meal or 4 meals still will get 1 salad thts negative for them and they bring the food separately and slowly to u also stuff as i watch they were sooo slow they r not active like other restaurant for me i expected much more bcoz they hv expensive prices but poor service anyway i like the test of the lamb chops...

We went there for celebrating bday party. There service was so bad only 1 waiter serving a group of 20 people. Others were seeing the bad service and no one responding. Utterly disappointed.

Their food was so bad they had excess salt in their curries and I am sorry bt u need to change ur chef we have been to smaller restaurants which got nicer tasting food.

Horrible experience. Pathetic staff. The food main course and starter were so bad 70 percent food was not eaten due to bad taste. Highly disappointing experience. And our bill was high above a 40k which included alot of drinks which took long long time to come bcoz even after requesting other waiters to help they didn't help with service.

I had a business dinner last night and if i was to say the least, most disappointed. The first shock was to be told that they did not have rice and we could only order Naan. Rice is a most basic of ingredients for an Indian meal and to be told that rice was not available left us in complete shock. Our feeling is that because we were only 3 of us they could not be bothered to cook the rice. Secondly, the mutton on bone was a total scam. The meat on those bones was so thin we felt cheated.
