You have really good quality when it comes to certain products and I could potentially be a great fan of that but sadly the price doesn't match what you are getting. It was ok now because I bought it on discount but if I would have paid full price for this I would have probably been very unhappy. So the schnitzel burger was good, but I feel like it was a bit small and even though you have the schnitzel thing on it I could have been a few more ingredients to make it more whole some taste that isn't just schnitzel and caramelized onions. but this wasn't the main problem, the main problem was the salads which had whole olives in it that were not pitted so I hurt myself while eating in addition to the fact that the salad was way too salty which is because you have not been cleaning the feta cheese before you added it to the salad. It is not supposed to be put in salad like that so I can tell you that the person making it has not been trained properly. The portion of the salad was very small for the price and sadly also the salad was not mixed so you had to do that yourself. The onion rings are definitely something you can eat but it's also not the complete overkill onion rings but they definitely make a good side to most dishes. The packaging was very good but again just because it looks nice doesn't mean it is actually a good thing and the reason I'm giving you a one-star review is because unfortunately at the prices you are charging you cannot make any mistakes. My friend and I came to Grill Shack for burger week yesterday and after struggling to get a waiter's attention, she finally told us the first three burgers were on offer. This would be the chicken burger, the house burger and the cheese burger.

Waitress goes missing again and another guy takes over and brings our food. We also got an iced coffee and two sodas. (Still fighting for our lives to get a waiter to serve us mind you). The bill comes and it's just the regular price for everything. So we ask about the burger offer. The waiter tells us we didn't explicitly mention we had come for burger week. We tell him we did and the waitress who had initially taken our order had told us which burgers were on offer. He says the waitress didn't tell him that. I'm confused at this point and tell him it's not our fault they didn't communicate and it's also a bit shady to not tell your clients that you're participating in burger week 2024. I ordered for the Chef's Speciality Rib Meat burger and a Cheese Burger for the Mr. Both burgers came with fries.

The rib meat burger was by itself juicy and dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized onions. The patty was this huge steak meat that was so filling, though under seasoned thus tasted bland😬 While on the menu the burger really stands out as anything special, only the rib meat elevates the burger above the rest. Would have been the real star for me, if well seasoned.I did, however, enjoy the burger's natural meaty taste. The cheese burger was thick and juicy as well. The grilled beef and caramelized onions gave this burger a wonderful sweet and savory aroma. However, the beef patty was to medium rare doneness. Felt they should have asked instead of just assuming. This burger had its flavors well-balanced The buns were soft, yet study and held together well from first bite to the last. The fries were seasoned with paprika. We all enjoyed the fresh burgers and were so filling.
