I had a really bad experience with the Western Union agent in this place. He was very rude and not costumer-oriented. I came to receive my money that was transferred from the US, when he saw my Sudanese password, he told me in a very rude way that " We don't transact with Sudan" and he refused to explain why. I was really surprised how WU transferred my money from the US based on the fact that I am Sudanese and did not want to give to me in Nairobi because I am Sudanese.
