Dear Pool Management Team . I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback about my recent visits to the pool. While i will living close by it and i usually visit to swim and relax . Overall, I truly enjoy the experience—the facilities are well-maintained, the changing rooms are consistently clean, and the staff members are always polite and friendly. It’s clear that your team works hard to create a welcoming environment, and I appreciate that. However, I wanted to kindly mention a small issue I noticed in the changing area. The (shoe horn )provided appears to be quite worn and almost broken, making it difficult to use. While this is a minor detail, replacing it would greatly enhance convenience for guests like myself. Would it be possible to have this item replaced with a sturdier one? I believe it would contribute to an even better experience for all visitors. Best regards, Khalid Ibrahim

O M G this place is epic!!! Def worth a visit. Just a swimming pool maybe but seriously heated and lots and lots of heated mini pools around it. There was an indoor and outdoor laned pool, then a generic large kids pool with basketball ball net for mucking about and a couple of slides (including a really high but slow one). Around the pools were series of hot tubs ranging from 38°|40°|42°|44° (not for the faint hearted) |40-42° specially pumped in from a well (sulfur+other salts)|5-8° (epic cold dunk!!) + Sauna room This place was seriously clean with naked showers mandated pre and post swimming. (With private areas for those more modest about showing all and sundry to strangers!) Adequate locker space with funky NFC bands. Also shop here to buy swimming stuff in case u forgot and they can lend u towels. Defo worth a visit
