HABIB Ampang 2 (Cawangan 2 Ampang Point) — Attraction in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

I would like to make a complaint regarding the service I received at this jewelry store just now. I went here earlier because I wanted to trade-in an old ring. The ring I wanted to trade-in was also bought here before. The female salesperson who at the ring counter was already serving a customer so she asked me to wait but after waiting for quite a while, no one came to serve me at all. After a while, another female salesperson came and guess what? She didn't even entertain me but she straight away went to serve a couple that came after me. I didn't know that in your job scope it was mentioned that if you want to serve customers you should only select and serve customers who are well-dressed only. Is it really so humiliating if a customer comes for a trade-in that you have to be treated indifferently? Please bear in your mind, a well-dressed person doesn't necessarily intend to buy your products so you have to treat others rudely like that. And also don’t ever look down on any customers because every individual might be a potential buyers for you. Visited Habib Ampang 2 branch on 7/12/24. Served by pretty and adorable staff name Mimie. She was so damn good, so helpful, so experience and so friendly. From 3pm until 7pm Mimi served us patiently and politely for 4 hours searching for necklace, bracelet and ring! Mimi even treat both my husband and i with coffees and cakes. Really appreciated and would like to recommend Mimi to serve you all whenever you visit Habib Ampang 2 branch. Mimi even performed the aqad jual beli at the end of the session and i was touched with her good behaviour. Never have i encountered such manner with the others. We were on a mission to find the same ring (friendship ring) in 4 different sizes. Puteri was very helpful and accommodating. She entertained us and was very friendly. She helped us to choose and narrowed the suitable ring for us. SHE MADE THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE. She went above and beyond to order the same ring in 4 different sizes from different outlets and arrange for the rings to be delivered to the HQ. We’re very thankful that we’re finally able to get the ring that we’ve been looking for, all thanks to Puteri.

Update: Just picked up the rings that had to he resized and had Ezzi to help me. My sister and I made some purchase earlier with Puteri but she's on leave today so Ezzi assisted me. He was very welcoming and friendly the moment I stepped into the shop. He made sure I got all the sizes right and even provided a free gift.
