Food wise is okay and tasty. No problem with that. Only customer service is very bad. The waiter will come and put the side dish/food like angry and this is not the first time he did that cause i am frequent come there. Very slow service. Asked for the waiter for second refill of kimchi but end up he forgot to send back. Second, please educate your staff to go out not wearing apron. We might not know where they go. Could be they go to toilet but with apron on. Third, price. Quite pricey. Understand its authentic korean food but this is not pavilion. Keep it cheap and reasonable at least. i placed a total of 8 orders but i just received a total of 2 orders. Already called the restaurant, but the restaurant said that they don't see the amount of number times for one of the menu placed. We asked them to arrange for the remaining order delivery, but they said they don't know how to arrange and said we need to arrange or we need to pickup our remaining 6x orders which is ridiculous as the fault coming from them. After few fone calls updating and trying to resolve the issue, they suddenly drop our fone call. what a bad service and experienced happend. Hope to get a refund soon.🙁 six orders missed out...

Slow service. Below average food.

Took 15 minutes to serve a soup at a non-busy period. When soup came out, server forgot to bring rice and banchan.

Soondobujiggae tastes like it's made of shin ramyun soup stock. Came with a thick consistency which was way too salty. Had to ask them to water it down. Probably suited for local taste buds but definitely far from authentic, despite a Korean lady fronting the shop.

No apologies whatsoever for messing up the orders.

The only nice thing was the kimchi. Don't waste your calories and monies here.

Go for the noodle shop next...
