We’re ever so grateful for the wonderful staff of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Ampang Point, especially Qie, Syediana, Diyana, Riel, Ro Man and the store manager Fariz. In the mundane blues of working life, when we’re just going through the motions of the early morning rush, the team at CBTL is that essential spark that lifts the mood and makes us feel human again. The moment we open the doors, we’re welcomed with genuine smiles and warm greetings. Even when the place is packed with a long queue, we know they’re doing their best to make sure every drink comes out just right. They make the effort to know each customer, to remember what each one wants, and they turn those daily visits into friendships. It’s the people here that make all the difference. Their attitude and care are what sets this outlet apart from any other coffee or tea place nearby. There’s a reason this place is always crowded. It’s the staff. I'm often greeted by the most positive, friendly, and caring management and crew.

From the moment I walk in, I'm met with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. It's clear that the team here genuinely enjoys their work and, more importantly, genuinely cares about their customers. They are always incredibly attentive and efficient, even during busy periods. I've personally witnessed them go above and beyond to ensure every order is perfect and every customer feels valued.

such a bad attitude and so much frustration. CB always be my favourite coffee shop. i love ice blended mocha. until u guys renovated, i found out your service is getting poor. last week i wanted to have ice choc to be another favourite drink. and i order chicken puff. waited quite long, till person after me got their order. so i approached the staff and i checked they don't even prepare my drink. even gave me pie instead of puff. luckily i check my order. they change to puff without sorry and the lady even grab the pie in front me with one kind face. like really? is that an attitude u taught them? i gave them my receipt to check my drink, while the receipt at his hand, he still ask what drink. omg. then what do u think i pass u the receipt ? they don't even prepare my ice choc! after i ask only they do it. u know what? ice choc is super tasteless! 8 June i spent RM 68.25 for my ice choc, ice latte also don't feel like latte, lasagna and chicken puff. i don't know who is your benchmark. but u guys are so...
