This is a brand new indoor playground that opened recently so it is extremely clean. If your child loves Pinkfong Baby Shark songs and characters, it is definitely worth bringing them here at least once for the experience.
The overall ambience of the place is colourful and playful. I have to say the Baby Shark songs playing in the background really adds to the fun. The staffs are quite attentive with their new jobs as they will spot and ask you to wear a ticket wristband (yellow for children and blue for adults) if you enter without one.
There is a waiting area just outside the playground area for parents to rest but you can’t buy food and beverages here during the grand opening. This could be due to bad management because I saw a lot of new drinks stacking together on the ground so the owner could be planning to sell them at a later date.
The service is worrying because it seems all the workers are immigrants and not trained at all to serve customers. We bought a ticket for our child but the worker serving us got confused and did not give us the wristbands so the service needs to improve.
Obviously, the ticket prices are a bit expensive but this indoor playground has better quality compared to most of indoor playgrounds (both in Penang and Sungai Petani) I know.

However, the place does have some flaws in their play variety as there are no trampolines and role-playing games (costumes, cooking, etc) here. Also, the block area (lego style) is located in a dark narrow area below the slides which deters a lot of children from wanting to enter and play there. Not only that, the sand pool area does not have a good barrier design as pebbles were coming out to the waiting area; a plastic barrier would have been better to prevent that.
Overall, the place is not perfect but it does have enough things to keep your child properly...
Read morePro: good location, convenient to have food at nearby food court, safety wise better compared to many kidzone
Cons: super crowded during weekends. Some parents behave so selfish to place their shopping bags at multiple chair which will prevent other parents to sit at waiting area.
No age limit for kids entering. Big kids from secondary school age playing super rough with all items which putting small kids below 5 at danger point. Have encountered light accidents several times inside the ground when elder kids kick big ball till hurting small children playing around.. they also vandalised other playing items
Really not satisfied with a chinese parent who often left their 2 boys here unattended and like to throw sand on other children (probably belongs to the owner of the lot or their close family members.. i have seen them everytime whenever visit this place.. those kids are too rough and rude, they will be there from opening time till closure... The staff have to look after these 2 from time to time, but when they are busy at the counter, these 2 boys are too wild.. today they hit 1 chinese kids until nose bleeding. You can easily identify them from their arabic...

Cons: lots of wear and tear on the slides padding.
No actual baby shark mascot (cosplay) and no scheduled events from time to time for kids which is a norm in most Aeon Kidzoona.
Building block toys are mostly damaged.
The swing ball is dangerous for toddlers when big kids are playing at high speed, as it is located in the middle of the premise.
There is a chinese parent who often left their 2 boys here unattended and like to throw sand on other children (probably belongs to the owner of the lot or their close family members, just an assumption seeing how often they were left there). The staff have to look after these 2 from time to time, but when they are busy at the counter, these 2 boys are a menace. P/s: even some of the pictures from other reviewers have their pictures. That's how frequently these boys...
