4Fingers Crispy Chicken — Restaurant in George Town

Today I went there to place my orders to dine in at 9pm and the malay female staff working there told me that they can take any dine ins and there are closing soon at 9.45pm but in google it says 10pm. I don’t get it when you have an hour more to place orders and take customers, they tend to lose customers by pushing them away. I’ve personally worked in FnB for 3 years and I don’t think any restaurant would close orders one hour before your actual closing time and where other restaurants are operating. We were very hungry and were excited to have our dinner. Ordered Chicken Rice set from Four Fingers, Queenbay Mall through FoodPanda and turns out to be a disaster meal. Rice turns out to be porridge, Chicken was not fresh. Chill and soup tasted ok only. Did not finish it up as it tasted horrible, ended throwing the food away tho I was hungry. I even ordered 2 pieces of chicken and they forgotten to give. I was shocked as a Singaporean!! In Singapore, Four Fingers does not sever this kind of quality to customers!! We had a really disappointing experience with the food here. We ordered tater tots, and they seemed old and not fresh—like they were just reheated in the microwave.

We also got the CHICC CRISP and CHICC TOWER burgers and asked for hot sauce, but they gave us soy sauce instead. Same thing happened with our order of 1PC DRUMSTICK & 3PCS WINGETTES & DRUMETTES—we requested hot sauce and got soy sauce again.
