Service provided today by the staff was so terrible. Super rude & never even bothered to talk. Once my food was ready not even a gesture or a “hey your food is ready” but instead just placed my food on the tray and shoved it towards me. Whole time just talking to his colleague, who also did not provide good customer service. If they find it so difficult to work here and serve customers with a smile then don’t come here and work at all. Previously had two different guys who were super friendly and always making convo with customers. My wife and I do our grocery shopping at Queensbay Mall. This weekly event is almost always preceded by lunch at Mr. Shawerma's. During our visits we've found the staff behind the counnter to be approachable, friendly and polite and the service quick. They have an assortment of middle eastern dishes and those that we've tried have been delicious! Being regulars, they remember our favourites! Nice! Located inside the Queens food court with good views. Love their food. Good balance of spices.

Just that at time now people complain of tummy ache which they need to look into. Might be undercooked food or not well kept storage conditions. Not sure but something for them to work on. Not been there in a while for this reason.
