Queensbay Mall, located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is a premier shopping destination that offers a vibrant and diverse experience for both locals and tourists. As the largest mall in Penang, it boasts over 1 million square feet of retail space, featuring a wide array of stores from high-end brands to local boutiques. One of the standout features of Queensbay Mall is its well-planned layout. The “low rise walk-thru” design ensures excellent visibility of shop facades and merchandise displays, making it easy for shoppers to navigate and find what they need. The mall is also home to a variety of dining options, from fast food to fine dining, catering to all tastes and preferences. Entertainment is another highlight, with an integrated zone on the third floor that includes a multiplex cinema and a roller skating rink. This makes it a perfect spot for families looking to spend a fun day out. The mall’s interior design and lighting create a welcoming and safe environment, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Queensbay Mall lives up to its tagline, “It’s all happening here!” Whether you’re shopping, dining, or seeking entertainment, this mall offers something for everyone, making it a must-visit destination in Penang.

Compared to other malls I have visited in Penang, this one is busy. Still, there wasn't really anyone in the majority of the stores. This mall is home to most of the leading brands, including Birkenstock, Calvin Klein, Guess, Levi's, Padinin, Polo Club, and many more. In addition, there are many food vendors and coffee establishments to select from. It's easy to window-shop for several hours and sample a few of the cuisines. The amenities, including the baby changing room, are excellent, and the restrooms are well maintained and clean. Unlike the stores on the street, cleanliness in the environment tends to be the last priority. I hope the food stores in the mall continue because the management is providing a valuable service to the public. The variety of culinary options at this mall was, in my opinion, one of its main draws. I also noticed that the mall had several coffee shops. My fave local drink is still tea tarik and kopi-O. No other western cafe can beat them. It is a must-try for all foreign tourists. In any case, you can get a Starbucks in the majority of countries. Whenever I go, my first priority continues to be supporting local businesses.

Large, well laid out /maintained, easy to navigate mall with good collection of stores including LEGO, marvellous shoping experience. AGAIN, another mall with no user friendly consideration to help shoppers locate their parked vehicles. Even with a photograph of my car beside the pillar marked, three store assistants were dumbfounded, cannot find any customer service helpdesk or mall officials, finally a worker pushing bags of ice cube helped us searched for our car .... After spending 1800 ringgit on a LEGO kit in that mall, one would expect a more enjoyable departure instead of huffing puffing trying to beat the paid to exit time duration! Surely mall management must realise this is ONE main reason why malls are slowly losing popularity with REAL shoppers who spends rather than the regular window shoppers who simply grazes. If there was only a LEGO shop on tge high street as opposed to a store in a mall, my custom would definately be with the shop ...

The mall is the newest mall in bayan lepas, penang. It has many parking bays inside the buildings. Since we visited during weekdays, it's easy to find parking. It's our first visit this mall. We didn't do any shopping in the mall but just went to food court. It's quite hard for us to find the food court and tried to search using the computerised information panel looking for food & beverage, but it didn't help. We looked around and noticed Queens Hall at 3rd floor. We entered the hall and found many stalls inside this hall offering various cuisine. There are western cuisine stalls, drinks stalls, Chinese cuisine stalls, Grilled Fish stalls, Indian spice stalls, etc. Many seating places as well even we visited during lunch hour. The place is quite clean. We had a set of Pomfret grilled fish for our lunch and the taste is quite good. The price of the food is a bit pricey, probably due to the rent fee in the mall.

The mall offers a diverse and vibrant shopping experience with a wide range of stores catering to various tastes and preferences. From high-end fashion boutiques to affordable outlets, it caters to a diverse demographic. The spacious layout and well-designed interiors create a pleasant ambiance for shoppers. Numerous dining options provide a culinary journey, satisfying different cravings. The mall also hosts entertaining events and promotions, adding an engaging touch to the overall experience. However, parking can be a challenge during peak hours, and crowd management could be improved. Despite these minor drawbacks, the mall remains a go-to destination for a comprehensive shopping and leisure outing.

One of the best malls available in Penang island , spacious , clean and is walking distance from the beach and dataran queensbay . 👍🏻 The mall is separated into 3 zones and is very similar to Midvalley in KL . The biggest Grocer in it is Aeon and they have a wide range of shops available such as Typo , Cotton on , Uniqlo and many more . They have many cafes for a good hang out such as coffee bean and Starbucks too ✨ Mall is happening with many events especially during festival season . They have a huge food court located at level 3 ( Queens Hall ) . 💯 You’ll definitely be spoilt for choices at this mall and is the upper class mall which is suitable for youngsters and family hang outs . ✅
