It might be a good idea to check if the temperature on the refrigerated shelves is too high. Make sure to go through the items that have been sitting on the shelves for a long time and aren't selling. Occasionally, we've come across expired items or damaged products. When you're doing stocktaking, it's important to pay attention to these details.
I'm not sure about the minimum order quantities through the suppliers, but it would be great if we could add a more diverse range of products with minimum quantities. Especially if you could consider products that sell well in nearby grocery chains when making orders. It would also be fantastic if you could identify products that your customers frequently ask for.
Although the items have price tags, it's often the case that the price checker reveals differences or the tags are missing entirely, which can be quite inconvenient and discouraging for purchases. It would be really helpful if the most up-to-date price tags could be consistently applied to...
