Overall, this is a good place to learn driving with good facility (cars all are quite new and in good condition). Except that Admins here should be trained to have more understanding about their jobs!
When register, was informed class would be conducted in English. End up teacher spoke all in Bahaha Malayu and books are also written in Malay. Question them about this, they said need to wait UNTIL AFTER CLASS and pay additional to get English book. What's the purpose of attending class when you cannot read or learn anything there???
When going to learn how to drive, they promised to schedule driving class within 2 weeks after payment. Guess what??? Had to chase them after 1 month of waiting because classes are all fully booked???
When learning to drive, the teacher was a very nice person. But for a person with 0 knowledge of driving car, it turned to be a miserable experience because of communication breakdown. Had to request to change tutor, and the people here 1st wanted to blame the instructor?? Told them the instructor was very nice but needed to change because of language barrier, they turned to blame us because we chased them for class so they had to simply pick up someone to teach me??? Hello, whenever you asked for payment, I paid on the spot but you don't want to give the service after collected money??? 😂😂😂
The whole admin team here seriously need to be trained probably!!!! Please have basic knowledge about your job!!! Please inform people beforehand all theory class would only be conducted in Bahasa Melayu and please give people the English book BEFORE going to class, at least people cannot understand also can read to catch up. Please don't tell people they CAN SWITCH from MANUAL TO AUTO when they ACTUALLY CANNOT. Please let people know they HAVE TO WAIT LONG TIME for class because all are fully booked! And please don't blame other people for your own mistake!!!
