Read moreLotus Grocery: A Nightmare for Foreigners! If you're a foreigner, STAY AWAY from Lotus Grocery (TEBRAU BRANCH!) This place is a disaster when it comes to treating international customers. Let me tell you about my HORRIFIC experience. On Sunday at 3 PM, I purchased an appliance. The next day, I came back to exchange it because it was damaged—yes, DAMAGED! I had a full day on Sunday, going to AEON and Toppen Mall with my family, so we only got home late at night. First thing Monday morning, I went back to Lotus to request an exchange. And what did I get? The rudest, most arrogant treatment I have EVER experienced in my life! The staff had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t exchange the item because 'it’s their rule.' What rule?! And when I calmly (yes, CALMLY) asked for the manager, she flat-out ignored me! Imagine my frustration building as she refused to help, until I completely lost my patience and raised my voice. Only THEN did she finally get the manager involved. And guess what? The manager replaced the item immediately, confirming that they have a 7-day replacement policy. So, why all the unnecessary drama? It’s clear that if you’re a foreigner, they treat you like you're asking for the moon. UNBELIEVABLE. To all foreigners: AVOID Lotus Grocery Tebrau...

Never listen feedback to their customer even day 1 opened and no improvement at all. Not recommended at all and better go to econsave, they’re providing plastic bag for...
