Hotel O Crossroads Hotel — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

To me this place was okay. The good things were

1. Toilet and bath clean
2. High water pressure
3. Hotel provides hand soap, body & hair shampoo and mineral water for drinking
4. The bed sheet and pillow cases are clean
5. Aircon & flat screen tv are provided
6. Extra points for the security guard for keeping his eyes open throughout the night watching over my car.

The bad things were

1. There wasn't any windows to my room
2. The outlook of the physical room and the pictures on the internet is very different. I would prefer the one on the internet

Things to remember

1. If you need a window to your room please request for it while booking. Otherwise, they'll tell you to upgrade
2. Parking. There are only 4 parking spaces. If you need a parking space, remember to ask for it during booking

I would have given 5 star if the two bad things...

I stayed at the hotel for around five days. The front desk gentlemen were very welcoming and polite. The location is great—you can get to any area you want by foot, metro, or Grab. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, fresh fruit stands, and everything else you might need.

My issue was with housekeeping. He never entered the room once in those five days. I had to get my own soap and shampoo from the front desk. I had to walk around the hotel looking for the cart to take my own towels. When I did see him during the day, I had to take my own new sheets from his cart because he would simply refuse to do his job. I also had to take my own trash outside to prevent insects from getting inside.

Checked in 10th sept 2019 at 10pm. Booked for 1 superior double room with window for 4 nights and another room for 1 or 2 nights. This is the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in Kuala Lumpur. Ms Fariha checked us in, she is nice, polite, kind, concerned, very helpful and extremely accommodating. The security guard on duty too very helpful and kind. We are very happy with the room. Everything in the room and bathroom are clean and well equipped with kettle, cups n sauces and mini bar too. Like the furniture arrangement. We park our car right at the hotel entrance without hassel. I fully recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to stay in future. Thank you...
