Hotel 28 Rapid — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Worst Experience. I had made 3 bookings in this hotel and they double charged me for Malaysian Tourism Tax even I paid online. Looting No1

They refused to follow instructions of not shifting at first day even after i had made second day Booking at same hotel.

Again 3rd day, I asked to keep my stuff in the morning at storage but they were not ready as , if I keep my stuff at room and delay the checkout.. they may have the opportunity for charging for the next day or late check-out charges.

Staff behaviour was rude and not up to mark compared to hotels I stayed in KL.

Recommendation: Always double check Malaysian Tourism Tax paid online and always ask...

I recently stayed at Hotel 28 Rapid in Kuala Lumpur and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel's prime location near public transportation hubs like the LRT and Monorail stations made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering helpful tips for getting around the city.

The room itself was clean, modern, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for both work and leisure activities...

Very nice friendly staff, a good reasonable priced hotel for a few people. Location of the hotel is extremely useful being next to the train station. One minor problem was the TV not working and the shower, toilet, & sink are all cramped into one room. The AC is honestly one of the best AC’s that I’ve used compared to other hotels. Especially for Malaysia’s humidity. Would recommend this place for sure. It was also nice to see that the hotel had their own bidet hose. This hotel really elevated our stay in Malaysia, I would recommend...
