Deceitful ice cream franchise which openly promoted an enticing Monday promotion, but the promotional poster did not convey in any way that the promotion only applies for members. The staff on duty, a Chinese guy, showed a lack of initiative for customer service having not brought this up to the customer upon making the purchase, he even laughed as I asked about why the promotion did not apply to me. Only found out about the promotion not applying after paying and seeing the bill. Lousy ungenuine franchise, plenty of way better and more value for money ice cream...

Placed my advanced order on Grab at morning 11am++ for birthday dinner cake and expected the cake to be delivered on 6.30pm. When the rider go pick up only they realise my ordered flavor of ice cream cake is finished and call me ask me to cancel. The reason they given is they are too busy until they overlooked, which I don't think it should happen. Once you accepted the order then the cake should be reserved. Used to be a loyal customer of Inside Scoop and always intro their ice cream cake to my friends, but definitely not...

I was craving some dessert and came across this Inside Scoop at Pavillion Bukit Jalil. It was my first time trying their ice creams. Their ice cream tastes rich. I had their Belgian dark choco and I loved it. The staffs were very welcoming and courteous, especially Elann. He was super friendly and patient in tolerating me as well as other newbie customers like me who had a hard time choosing a flavor. Excellent customer service I experienced that day.
