Jollibee Pavilion Bukit Jalil — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I've always had a 3/5 "meh" impression for Jollibee since my first attempt with their meal. Today, they've absolutely done it with their customer service.

I've ordered 9pcs Chicken Nugget (Regular) from the kiosk, turned out to be (Spicy). So I went to the counter and ask if it could be changed to (Regular). He nods to my request unenthusiastically, I didn't take it seriously because we all have bad days.

When it is my turn to collect my order, I went and collect the order and check it on the side. Found out that the sauce provided was Garlic Cream, rather than the ordered BBQ (printed on the receipt). Surprised with the Garlic Cream sauce, my mom asked him if we could get BBQ sauce instead, I then showed him the receipt. He went and take it from the kitchen and return with the BBQ sauce.

My nugget box was barely out of his reach. He gently left the 2 BBQ sauce on the counter and tries to reach to my nugget box WITH HIS BAREHANDS (fyi) over and over again. My mom said "Stop, we'll do it". Maybe he didn't hear us due to the noise, he continued and got the 2 Garlic Cream sauce. I believe this whole incident wasn't a 1 second ordeal, rather it was over 2~4 seconds.

My mom and I was in absolute shock. Are we to assume that it is hygenic to do so? That is unacceptable. So, I am here to write a review regarding the incident.

I had my lunch here very ofter, firstly bcos their fried chicken or burger are nice, chicken meat quality is tender and juicy. Second, i found another reason why i come here always, bcos their staffs also very good quality, when i walk in, the 2 ordering machine were in used by other, she immediately allow me to order from counter without a second of delay, so i don't hv to q up behind others and wait.... Third, this particular lady staff in pictures is so friendly, cheerful and patient to customers at counter. Tenggok pun rasa semua makanan sedap.

today is 15/10/24, can't gv review twice, so i hv to edit and added from my old review.

this lady got awesome working attitude, sibuk inside counter and outside, semua customers request dia bagi sedia and trying to satisfy with the best, including mine. All other workers in kitchen also work fast and prepared the food in hygiene way.

Last, i would like to highlight that Jollibee is really there for all races, they prepared one time use spoon & folk for non muslim, for those who don't eat rice with hand, i feel being respected, TQ. Not like KFC, some branch they really don't gv spoon for rice, they said don't hv don't hv, they only hv small spoon for coslow n mash potato, really damn n feel they r so no respect to non Muslim.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Jollibee @pavilion Bukit Jalil. I would like to give a zero-star rating if possible, as the service and food quality were far below acceptable standards. On my recent visit, I ordered a total of five pieces of chicken, expecting a variety of cuts as is customary in many establishments. However, to my dismay, I was served exclusively chicken breast pieces. When I inquired about this unusual serving choice, the staff informed me that they only had chicken breast available. This lack of variety is disappointing and does not meet the expectations set by their menu description. Additionally, I ordered coleslaw salad as a side dish. Unfortunately, upon receiving it, I noticed that the coleslaw was spoiled. The smell and texture indicated that it had not been stored properly or was past its expiration date. Serving spoiled food is unacceptable and poses health risks to customers. Overall, my experience at Jollibee @pavilion Bukit Jalil was extremely disappointing due to the limited options for chicken and the poor quality of the coleslaw salad. I hope that management takes these issues seriously and improves their food offerings and quality control measures...
