L'Occitane en Provence @ Mid Valley — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

To be honest I am a regular customer with L’OCCITANE.I more often to go mid valley branch to purchase because of I often to go mid valley place. Anyhow I still feel other branches service are better than here. But today, really make my mind, I won’t step in this mid valley branch anymore!

There are really a bad experience for me~ Staff are not helpful ❌

Today I had a whole day meeting, my phone battery left 3%🪫, I need to purchase things with online payment . I ask the staff, if they could help me to charge my phone , so that I can make the payment .

But 3 of them are just standing there,act blur and answer no .

Actually is not about the “NO” ,is the feeling that I get is I don’t feel they are trying to help a “customer “.

So I decide to go the garden mall L’OCCITANE.

I am glad that the garden mall staffs are more helpful and nice 👍 However they couldn’t help me in the end, but the way how they handle is totally different .

(So sorry , my colleague just go back and only he got the charger, if he is here we able to help) 👆

End up I spend Rm800+ at the garden mall L’OCCITANE. BIG thumbs up to Cindy ,garden mall 👍 I will continue to go there and won’t not come to mid valley...

Bought small present at L'Occitane MV yesterday 18th june ard tea time , a very friendly young sales boy (short black hair) had made our shopping experience happy, polite , very good attitude & serve us well (even we just bought small things), make us feel wana come back next time (to this branch). Compare to QUEENSBAY MALL branch sales person, is totally a different experience. Not friendly & no smiley face (uncomfortable to see longer & dun dare to ask more questions) , even when payment time also didn't mention we can choose how many samples actually, not a happy shopping place...

The beauty advisors in this outlet are very helpful with products explanation and purchase. I would like to make special mention of beauty advisor YUME. She has been my beauty advisor for the past 1 and a half years. She’s knowledgeable about the products and is very efficient in handling my purchases, even when I’m unable to go to the shop in-person. She will package the items nicely in a parcel to arrange for courier service. The samples given are also very thoughtful.. they are samples which are right for my skincare needs. Thank you, YUME & L’OCCITANE...
