Zara is a Spanish fashion retailer recognised for its cutting-edge designs. Zara has everything for women, men, and kids, from clothing to accessories. Zara is located on the ground floor of Midvalley Megamall and is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.
There are different sections for women, men, and children in this Zara store. Clothing and accessories are reasonably priced, and the quality of the clothes is excellent. Malaysians adore Zara because of the high-quality clothing it offers at a fair price.
The staff are all Malaysians who would gladly assist you if you are seeking for a certain outfit or require any other assistance. The staff would not weary of your repeated requests for assistance in determining whether your desired outfit is in stock. Furthermore, the staffs can be really helpful in providing advice or selecting the ideal outfits for us if we are unsure what to buy for a special occasion. Grats to the team!
This Zara store is larger than other Zara locations, in my opinion. The most unique aspect of this business is that you can actually haggle on some items. The best time to shop here is at the End of Year Sale or during festival holidays such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Diwali. You will be able to obtain discounts ranging from 40% to 60% during such periods.
Another upside of this Zara store is the large variety of clothing for women, men, and children. It can get a little crowded on weekends, so those who want to avoid crowds should come during the week.
I'll only shop at Zara if I need a stylish outfit for a birthday party or a festival celebration. And, of course, I'll visit the Zara store in Midvalley Megamall because it's close to my house and has a large assortment of clothing at...
Read moreI have been the MidValley store before and have enjoyed browsing and purchasing products but it seems that Zara have made a huge hiring mistakes as of late!!! The staff at the MidValley store consists of not-very-young Malay women and men who obviously hate their jobs, have no knowledge whatsoever about any of the products, rude af and/or just don't care about customers. I saw that they have some perfumes on offer which I have never seen at other outlets and after some back and forth between them about the existence of a tester, the super rude cashier yelled some bad words in Malay in front of other customers with her colleagues grinning at her side. I am also a Malay but I mainly use English and this was unbelievably unacceptable!!!!!!!! I told off the more senior looking lady whom I assumed was the manager and basically said that her staff is so rude and she just lost a customer. She just smiled and seemingly not affected. It's ridiculous!! Who do they think they are?? They should all be fired!! I had an almost similar experience at 1 Utama H&M when it was first opened where the young looking staff thought they were so cool and can actually make fun of customers plus the fitting room assistant made faces as if the customers were a nuisance when they asked for alt sizes. I wrote a complaint letter to the H&M headquarter in Switzerland and they fired that batch and hired a whole new group of people plus trained them properly. The next time I visited the store it was totally different and had a positive experience. I have traveled and lived in so many countries and I have never felt as insulted as I did today. All the staff should either be fired or go through some sobering customer service...
Read moreExtremely Disappointed Loyal Customer Let Down by Zara's Customer Service As a regular Zara Men customer, Iâve always appreciated the brandâs style and qualityâuntil now. About a month ago, I purchased a white pants from Zara Mid Valley Megamall. After wearing them just twice and following a standard wash, the pants shrank so drastically that they became completely unwearable. Naturally, I brought the issue back to the store. The staff agreed that the pants had indeed shrunk noticeably, but then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do because I no longer had the receipt. I understand store policy, but itâs unrealistic to expect customers to keep a receipt for something they intended to wear and wash as normal, especially after a month. These pants are still being sold in the storeâclearly this wasnât an obsolete item. Despite acknowledging the condition of the pants and admitting they had not previously received complaints on this article, they offered no support except to âtake my numberâ and said they might contact me if they could help. That was it. I left the store feeling completely dismissed and disappointed. The pants are of no use to me anymore, and although I even told them they could keep them, the staff refused and handed them back. This experience is deeply frustratingânot just because of the faulty product, but because of the lack of ownership or accountability from the brand. I expected better from Zara, especially as a loyal customer who shops frequently at Zara Men. I sincerely hope this review prompts someone from Zaraâs customer service team to address this matter properly. Iâm still waiting for a response...
