Northpoint MVC — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

A strategic place to stay as it is located just 2 minutes walk away from Mid Valley mall. However, the condo management is bad and slow. The escalators at both tower A and B have been inactivated for almost 2 years yet no maintenance has been done. The management is not responsible and love blaming the residents for any structural distress or leakage reported. The security is good but some of the guards are creepy, making you feel uncomfortable walking alone 🙄 not to mention, the guards are ridiculously strict to cars at lobby for no reasons… I’ve witnessed it myself that a guard got mad at a car driver who just stopped there for like 2 seconds waiting for his passenger and asked him to move away immediately… Come on…it seems like Northpoint management loves having...

Yesterday, I came over directly to Reception Counter for a direction. which I have no idea my friends location office. She ask me unit no. I did show to her, She said this is residence. At my first thought, since when my friend work inside residence unit? I just follow the direction like she said. I understand the SOP. I called my friend and wait her in less 5 minutes. She watch me from the top elevator. I was so confused. The security give me the wrong guidance. A disappointment because I mentioned to 2 security about unit office but they are really confidence that is residence unit. Management should train them to be more understand what visitor looking for and the location. Since the building not big much...

This place is a nightmare for first timers. Apparently this place is not on Waze and there's no signboard on the road whatsoever indicating this place. When I parked in The Gardens, there's a signboard in the shopping centre's lobby indicating Northpoint Office's direction which is pointing to the outside of the lobby. After that, no more signboard, nothing. And the worst thing, to reach this office, you have to navigate inside Midvalley, take a few escalators, stairs, and bridge then only you'll arrive. It's a shame this office doesnt have a lobby of its own. It's a big hassle to navigate through two or at least one big shopping centre to reach...
