Space Joe Playland — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

First time visit this playground. It suits for toddler but not 8 years old and above kids. Receptionist ladies are friendly.

Rm55 for unlimited hours, I personally think it was worth it. Cleanliness is average, can see the staff wipe the table and arrange the chairs back. Sweep the floor from time to time.

Parents or guardian can just sit at the waiting area. They do selling vitagen, mineral water and coffee. Ice cream and pop corn are available. However I brought my own bun.

I was surprised to see few small cockroaches corpses on the floor. I was annoyed by strong mothball like smell around 7pm later. It triggers my son and myself nose discomfort.

I didn't confront with the staff. But this was unacceptable. Once reach home, my son's runny nose stopped.

This is quite a poor excuse of a jungle gym compared to the other options in KL, or even across the street in 163

The facility is poorly lit, music is excessively loud , and the jungle gym is not maintained.

There are plastic bottles stored along the sides, along with other junk ( images attached )

The flying fox thing is a hazard - it doesn't slide properly and crashes abruptly at the end

Edges of the trampoline has metal which is badly covered , and the foam doesn't really protect anyone from impact

A jungle gym like this doesn't instill any wonder or magic for kids, or sense of safety for parents - it's just a money grab by some greedy owners.

Clean, fun and fairly safe. Not enough staff keeping an eye on the older kids that climb onto areas that are dangerous and not part of the climbing experience. The older kids use the big open area to kick footballs really hard at the wall too. It was pure luck that no younger kids got whacked in the face by the ball. When older kids (9 or 10) and younger kids ate on the trampoline, it will be the younger ones that get hurt.
