Very poor management. It is hard to contact person in charge and nobody in the office. My son wedding was on 21/11/21 at 7.00pm, we are suppose to start decoration at 1.00pm but we could not as the previous decoration was still there. There were nobody in the office to solve it, at last we start decoration at 3.45pm and could the finish the decoration by 7.00pm. We have paid fully for the decoration, tables and chairs , kolam was not done. It was raining that day, the bride and groom have to walk in the rain from the room to the alter, there is not shade.
