The manager is so friendly. Credit for that. MR Razif. The real Seoul Garden is only when you take the premium/ superior package. If not. Better think twice..! And, for the premium, u have to order by using the QR code and it is not so convenient because u have to order again and again and again sampai Abang Jamel Mamp**. Last but not least... where are all the mushroom and vegetables ???? Have to order..? Seriously..? 3-4 brocoli per order...?? ( video ) Over all.. all the meat are superb. Say no to crab. Not fresh at all. Will come back..

Tak sedap rasa mcm ntah pape. Mmg teruk sgt. Bangla punya pakaian segak lg. senang cite mmg nampak pemalas semuanya. Pukul 12.05 kedai bukak, banyak benda tak ready lagi! Sos2 pun ada 3 jenis je sampai lah 1.30 keluar pun sos tak topup lg yg lain jenis. Ais ketul pun tak ready sampai pukul 1 baru ada Lepas tu kedai busuk tu buatkan tak lalu nak pegi cedok aiskrim ke ape kt bahagian belakang barisan makanan tu. Saya makan sikit ja. Sbb taklalu nk pegi amik makanan, bau kepam kotor busuk! Tolong la manager seoul garden outlet sunway carnival ambil tindakan sewajarnya dgn staf. Kalau tak lama2 lingkup outlet ni. Patutla tgk sendu je even weekend Selalu seoul garden penuh tambah2 lg weekend. Staf selekeh, buat keje main2 tgk sblm kedai bukak, dh bukak pun masih tak ready lg semua. Pukul 12 dah kot, patut dh ready semua. bukan kedai bukak pukul 10pagi ke. Haih la. Outlet paling teruk penah pegi selama dok pegi makan di seoul garden. Dalam byk kali pergi, merata, ni paling teruk. Busuk, kepam, kebersihan semua out. Loya! Sory gambar takde byk sbb dh spoil mood nak makan. Mmg first and last makan seoul garden sini.!

Service by the staff were pleasant. But when it comes to food, total disappointment! The fried rice and mushroom soup is cold. The coffee machine is out of order. Ice cream? Only 2 choices but looks the same. Veges? Even broccolis, lotus roots and cucumbers are no where to be seen. I thought all Seoul Garden restaurant should have the same menu choices and shouldn't differ much from their other counterparts but this one in Sunway Carnival was totally poor in choices. Not worth at all. What was served were just inferior food. If another hot pot restaurant within the same mall is halal, I think Seoul Garden needs to say goodbye to their business. You guys are losing out your edge if you don't improve. The only thing I came to Seoul Garden is due to their halal status. This has to be my last time visiting this restaurant. The other branch over in Penang island on the other hand was way better and choices are abundance. Not revealing which one so it won't get...

Hye. Cuma nak kongsi pengalaman semasa menjamu selera di seoul garden cawangan sunway carnival mall. Saya dan isteri tiba pada pukul 8.30 malam dan semasa memohon untuk makan di meja biasa, bukan meja premium, staff anda memaklumkan semua meja biasa sudah ditempah dan hanya ada meja premium sahaja yang kosong.

Saya lihat tiada langsung pelanggan di meja biasa dan plat reserved telah diletak di semua meja tersebut. Jadi saya pun bersetuju untuk ke meja premium kerana tiada langsung meja. Staff anda memaklumkan cuma perlu tambah rm10 untuk SEORANG sahaja, bukan DUA orang ke meja premium. Saya memohon untuk membuat pembayaran dahulu namum staff anda memaklumkan supaya makan dahulu dan bayar kemudian.

Staff anda memaklumkan waktu terakhir untuk mengambil makanan adalah pada pukul 9.45 malam sebelum kami makan namum pada pukul 9.00 malam staff anda sudah menasihatkan kami untuk mengambil makanan siap2 kerana mereka ingin mengemas. Ini bercanggah dengan makluman awal yang menyatakan pukul 9.45 malam adalah waktu terakhir untuk mengambil makanan.

Kami selesai makan pada pukul 9.45malam dan apabila ingin membuat bayaran, staff anda meminta untuk bayaran premium untuk dua orang padahal pada awalnya beliau memaklumkan hanya seorang sahaja yang perlu membayar.

Kami adalah pelanggan terakhir pada malam itu dan saya lihat TIADA LANGSUNG pelanggan yang menggunakan meja biasa yang kononnya telah ditempah. Apabila saya bertanya di manakah pelanggan yang menempah meja tersebut, staff anda menyatakan bahawa tiada pelanggan yang menempah sebenarnya, mereka menutup bahagian tersebut untuk mencuci.

Persoalan saya di sini ialah adakah ini salah satu strategi pihak anda untuk memaksa pelanggan membeli meja premium dengan menyatakan bahawa meja biasa telah penuh ditempah padahal tiada langsung pelanggan yang menempah meja tersebut?

Staff anda perlu memaklumkan dengan lebih jelas dan terang berkenaan meja premium dan perlu menerima bayaran dahulu untuk mengelakkan salah faham.

Staff anda tidak boleh memaksa pelanggan untuk mengambil makanan terakhir pada pukul 9 mlm sedangkan mereka juga yang menyatakan bahawa makanan terakhir yang boleh diambil adalah pada pukul 9.45 malam. Bayangkan jika kami ingin menikmati aiskrim sebagai pencuci mulut dan perlu mengambilnya pada pukul 9 malam, tidakkah ais krim tersebut akn cair?

Ini bukan kali pertama kami ke restoran anda, namum pengalaman semalam membuatkan kami...
