Mixue Sunway Carnival Mall — Restaurant in Penang

im a regular customer but idk why you guys kept doing my order wrong i dont care if you dont remember me but i already said NO SUGAR everytimes i bought ur drink.. BUT ur staff kept doing it wrong again and again... the services really bad.. theres once i poked my drink but the plastic cup broke and they rushingly did my drink until it fell down the floor.. and again they didnt asked what my order is instead giving me a drink with sugar again and again.... it might be ridiculous but i paid for i.t.. i asked for it.. i deserve what i paid.. so bad experience almost everyday i come to buy ur drink and right now the outside mixue store is better but everytime i went inside the sunway i would buy from you guys and yet still the same everytime .. i love mixue but mixue sunway carnival is really bad.. i havent been there for like weeks now im back to order.. and again full sugar not even half or slight.... atleast if youre doing slight or half, its acceptable but no.. i wanna return it but i tried asking for return still giving me the same order again.. so...

really slow service，only two staff at the store，low effeciency，should be at least 3 to 4 staff 1 kitchen 1 cashier and the remaining staff to prepare drinks，here only 1 cashier 1 kitchen，really long queue and not recommended if u are in a hurry of time，some more cashier talking to the kitchen staff instead of service，overall really really...
