Sunway Nexis — Attraction in Petaling Jaya

Sunday Nexis originally suffered from a low occupancy rate due to its later opening among others among the vicinity.

If you have been to the neighbouring Sunway Giza and then compare both of them, you will surely notice a difference.

Sunway Giza is clean, modern, and well-managed. The toilets are clean and well-maintained.

Sunway Nexis is half-empty, has the about to be abandoned look, and the toilets are dirty and stink to high heaven.

I had hoped that with the Sunday Medical Centre opening a branch there, that surely things will begin to improve.

I was sadly mistaken and disappointed to note upon my reluctant visit to the men's restroom that there was still no ventilation and the smells of poop, past, recent, and unknown lingering around.

It is indeed convenient to put a 'under maintenance' sign here and there, but these should be dealt with and corrected as soon as possible.

However, with the MRT line up and running and being linked to the MRT station itself via a through covered link, I notice more space being taken up and more F & B outlets mushrooming.

I enjoy going to Sunway Nexis for my breakfast and noodles, BUT I certainly do not enjoy the visits to the loo.

I sincerely hope the upper management can address this issue, failing which Sunway Nexis can only continue with its 'poor cousin across the railway...

Very bad management services.. without a proper SOP for clamping a car.. u really make an easy money.. supposed u put a cone.. or at least make an announcement first..i didn't see the sign since I'm rushing to be there for my mom appointment in Sunway specialist centre at 7.30 pm and I've arrived a bit late at 7.35 pm since I'm stuck in heavy traffic jammed from puchong.. and this is what I got.. u know what I'm just see a car kluar Dari port tu then ada satu lagi kereta Alphard beside, so I thought oh ada parking and I'm just park and rushing turun kereta pegi ke SUNWAY SPECIALIST CENTRE tu okay sebb I dah lambat sebb I call meke kata last 7.30.. your own medical services taw .. it's night and u clamping a car.. it's my fault since I didn't see the sign but please laa at least make a proper SOP laaa.. announcement first or put a cone.. feels very disappointed.. first and the last laa I'll be there since there's nothing there.. haa VERY BAD MANAGEMENT.. u didn't...

Hi Nexis management I suggest u to make your lights brighter, it looks so dark n scary all day, I barely see the thing selling there especially evening like a dead mall, the mall is already no aircond yet u off the fans n partial lights so early, there are mosquitos n humid heat🙄🤔 most of the shops closed early which makes it even darker. What's wrong why are u saving on electricity so cheapskate when a mall supposed to operate until 10pm but u turning off everything evening time, rainny days are dark too, please make your place compatible and better comfort if u wish to attract more people to come or hang around. The current electricity saving method doesn't work. The more u save the more u going to be a dead mall and people will leave 😑😩such a good location but poor management wasted. Giza better.
