SuriaMas Condominium — Attraction in Petaling Jaya

This is a formal complaint. For the short Bangladeshi man ( with the Glasses) sitting at the suriamas mini grocery mart. He is very rude, very unprofessional. Despite being the cashier he does not attend well to customers needs. i was asking him for stuff but he keeps ignoring me. I had repeated myself atleast 7 times but hes always ignoring you and blabbering some bad words in his language. He always has a grumpy face and bad attitude. Please employ someone who is nicer. The other employee is very good. But this short man has many complaints please remove him. He is annoying, Disrespectful and unfriendly. He had raised his voice on my 7 year old son for asking how much a lollipop was. I was very angered by this but still decided to keep my cool. Since i believe the management will deal with him. He has 3-4 card reading devices to use your card for paying but he says cash only and gets annoyed for using asking to even use it?????/ . There is Definity something wrong with this fellow. i dont want my society money to go and feed him when hes this unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the management teaches him how to properly deal with customers or please just replace him with someone who...

The worst management for guard, this prob keep continue which is , when i order my furniture they dont allow the runner to send it to my house when im working ,the guard with no manners just ignore when i ask for help, the indian guard say ur stuff u need to carry by ur self, i never imagine this word come out from the guard with no sympathy i carry the big furniture, when i go to the control they act like busy, the guy i thinks he's the boss or something cause he wears different, second time when im positive covid they scold my friend and not allowed again to enter, if u didn't allow then u can help for send the food right?, When im calling the runner to give my food to the guard he say next time ask u friends to help u, we can't send it , i dont understand this kind of management, u need to do something about this, and today when im sick because of high fever, the same happen, i beg for u guys management to do something...as a nurse i cant ignore this situation, thinks about others PLEASE, not everyone have closest friends or relatives family here to help..if u cant help to send it , just allow the runner, if the patient pass out who will take the...

every month i been asking the badly hell motor parking . just now there this girl at the counter im asking do u have parking then she said hmm no . then what for the parking motor there are still empty and she said no . its really annoying . please management do please be responsible and emphatic about this . i everday park out side have to pay saman . i have stay here 3 years until now no parking bike .

i suggest if can make 2 card for the renting room easy for the couple in and out . and one more thing please make a solution how to train your security with manners . and then please not only me who get saman a-lots of us who park out side get saman .

and by the way dont stay and rent here they just take money but no responsibility no solution...
