Dishonesty, this is a business that is not genuine at all. I would say my overall experience was okay, therapist was rather friendly and I can’t complain much tbh. It’s the kinda facial services you get from Herbaline, except they don’t have their own products (they use local OEM products)

I had pretty alright experience except I can’t find what’s the uniqueness or specialty about this place except the way they market their shop/ service. Kudos to their marketing team tho & they’re under the same owner that does Curvena next door too.

So everything was ok, until.. ka-ching! I saw there’s a trial session, so I wanted to check it out and if I really like that place I would actually consider going back.

So, once the therapist sat down from “settling” her stuff. She just showed me a 3k+ package and said this is our recommended package for you and I said probably need to think about this as 3k is not a small amount to me.

Then she started to write down, how bout 888? This package consist of xxx and I started feeling very uncomfortable with this “pushy” attitude. So I said probably not now.

Then she went away to “check on sth” and when she came back, she said she just checked with her manager and her manager said to give me another package of RM688 which will cover 2 sessions, today session and the next session.

So I asked, may I know what is the price for 1 session without any package? She said 700+, in my heart I was like, wow, 700+ for a ok quality service and OEM products, I can get 2-3 sessions in SK-II 🙅🏻‍♀️

So I said no, it’s ok. I don’t want any package. So how much is my bill today? She said RM58, we have a trial session. This totally turned me off because they wanted to sell me a RM688 package that covers 1st & 2nd session when I can get the first one at only RM58. I feel so cheated (although I didn’t really buy it but the fact that they were trying to cheat me with their pricing and “packages”)

What I feel about this shop is that they are not confident with with products & services at all that’s why they try so hard to close packages during 1st visit so that people will come back. Not sure about Curvena since it’s the same owner, probably will have similar “packages” 🙈

Again, this is just my personal experience to share. You guys may go and try it yourselves and pls ask for the original prices before committing to...

I had the first trial and it was great, and in fact, I like the environment, the space is comfortable, the tea, the facial service, so I took another 3 courses. The sales tried to sell me more courses but I told her I would like to evaluate more.

On my second course of the 3, the sales changed to another person and introduce me another package, saying that my face needs more treatment, reluctantly but I thought its for my own good, I extended the course.

On my next treatment, another person served me instead, but shes good, and then I was met by the sales to go for another laser trial on top of my facial and I did. After the trial, they disclosed to sign the laser treatment is another thousand, so I say keep in for the future I have been doing a lot trial and I know already know what the treatment can do. They mentioned im busy and because I rarely visit, which I admit because of busy schedule and they don’t have enough weekend slots either.

On my recent visit, it was ANOTHER person, and this time they asked me to buy ANOTHER trial and package, to get aesthetic injection, I told her I was being introduced to new product every time I come, and I appreciate that introduction a lot, and as the sales person/service person changed, everyone said they introduced packages that CATERS TO MY NEED. So I kindly declined, and they the person keep asking why, I said if I were to keep buying NEW PRODUCTS, NEW PACKAGE, NEW ITEMS the bill is going to be crazy.

But to no avail, this business and their sister company Curvena (yes, I signed up their packaged too) failed to understand customers service, that we need some space too. I feel like I have been trapped, and I have few more courses to go, and I can’t wait to stop for good. Pretty on the outside, but going there is actually stressful, cause they will start pressuring you AFTER the treatments. I can’t tell if my face is doing better either, there can be all sorts of reason lah, whatever it is.

As I seen more good reviews is only about the First Trial, which I don’t deny or actually the service, I feel this business is too suffocating for the customers, at least for me. Thanks for telling me the info, and if I say no several times, please respect my...

I had seen many mixed reviews online about this place. However, I need to do facial so badly, so I gave it a try anyway and I have to say it was a terrible decision, I regretted it so badly till today.

First, when the beautician analyse my skin, she the claim that my skin conditions were horrible, it was extremely dehydrated and there were dark spots all over my face and I'm in need to do many treatments to solve them. Not to brag, I have fairly good skin, everyone compliments my skin condition and complexion. (Perhaps they trying to mind trick me to buy more packages?)

During the treatment, the beautician who do the treatment on me was rough, during the extraction, I tear so badly (my pain tolerance was quite good), and the way she touch my face and put the mask on it is a nightmare.

After the treatment, oh my lord... There was not one but two beauticians were trying hard to hard-selling me the package from 3k, 2k, and 1k. She dared to say "YOU AT LEAST HAVE TO BUY 3 TREATMENT", which cost rm800+.

I was so frustrated and mad, so I strongly decline whatever they offer and ask for the bill. When they hand me the bill it was rm138 instead of RM78 as was shown on all of their Instagram ads. The beautician said the RM78 package is only for those who bought the package at a certain period.

Hence, I was forced to pay RM138. I went online and search for other reviews and saw that many were still getting and offered the RM78 package. Perhaps they were mad that I refuse to package the package, so they decided to charge me rm138 instead.

It's been almost 3 weeks, the reason why I disclose this is not just because of their dishonesty, but also the aftereffect of the treatment. There was a few scaring left after they did an extraction on me during the treatment. Now I have to use a strong whitening serum to fix it and now it is still not faded yet.
