The place is really cold. Service was good to excellent. And offers the best roasted chicken around this side of town. Let me intro myself, had been here 3 times and they has not disappointed us. Infact we were glad to be having our dinner here. The place was intro by my in law ( bro) for his company's lunch for the year end closure. He said as a group place the setting offered value tie money. So we for a long while hasn't been able to decide where to have our dinner. Out pop the idea to try a Korean joint nearby. We ended up at the top floor next to super tanker restaurant. No doubt they're a Korean joint but they mainly into chicken. Here we ordered their main signature disk which was a roasted chicken set at only rm 50. When the chicken set came. I was floored by the size of the chicken. The size can easily feed a family of 4 to 5 person. It also came with other side disk example, a huge veggi /salad bowl, and 2 sticks of meat dumpling bbq styled. There's also 6 Korean rice ball coated with seaweed. The odd thing they not offered any cutlery but only chop sticks. The chicken came whole and a staff member will come over and promptly tears it apart. Prior to this we were offered typical Korean small side diskes with unlimited refill. Of course they will do without the honorary kimchi, potatoes, tiny sauguages, green veggi and M as my more variety. My meal end verdict was. A whole roasted chicken was more than enough for any family together with unlimited refill of any side diskes. Your family we ill be more than filled and full before the dinner is over. They offered warm water for free. Flavour wise, this place will give our KFC a run for their money for the same amount of money.. Note you need to come early before the chickenare all sold out. This fire place have my thumbs up!! Value for money. Not bad an alternative setting to your KFC...

Came in at 8:30PM, placed order at 8:56PM due to changing table as I prefer to sit at the booth and some of the menu was not available and was told only after I ordered.

Overall, food was good however the service was not up to par. Was told that the refillable side dishes was not available anymore at 9:17PM, very disappointed as I was only given two refills, after having to ask for more from the staff, instead of being offered as compared to my previous visit

The closing team started cleaning quite early, around 9:25PM. Felt uncomfortable as they keep coming to the table asking if they can clean up the dishes but I was not done eating yet. One of the staff even insisted on clearing my table and taking the water cup, even when my husband was still drinking water from the cup.

Do note that there are a lot of staff here hence if there is problem with your order, it’s better to liaise with the same staff to avoid confusion. My first order was cancelled as it was out of stock and was told by the staff to order other menu again as he already cancelled the whole order. Upon paying, some of the food was double-charged and one item from the first cancelled order even arrived to the table. Me and my husband didn’t mind that as it was just a small matter and didn’t want to make a big fuss about it.

Conclusion is, there will be a long waiting time if you arrive at peak hour time but be prepared to not being able to enjoy eating peacefully due to the early cleaning time and some food, such as the side dishes will not be available if you are trying to avoid...

Went there on 25th Christmas monday night. Would say the food is still great, w unlimited banchan and food. However, must comment that the service has dropped.

Alot of the workers are lazy, not attentive and chatting at the back on the right side of the restaurant. Looks very unprofessional as they are noisy right next to my table, disrupting the meal whereas my table needs to get attended to. End up we stand up to take our own chopsticks, and move our own table without any help. And, they start clearing the restaurant at 9.20pm so we failed to order our dessert, eventhough on google says its closes at 10pm. Needless to say the lost our money from desserts time.. and they didnt even notify last call for orders. Was a frequent customer last time but now it seems the Malaysian workers now compared to last time have made the restaurant service not good anymore. So many workers yet not much work done because they are chatting and not paying attention to customers. One even was talking to their friend at table next to me and blocking my way to walk as a paying customer. It doesnt bother me too much, just a shame as it may affect other customers in the future. Kudos to those foreigner workers, they were always attending me.

Also, wish the waiters can learn some basic serving etiquette as they never put the dishes in the middle of the table where i made space but choose to place on the edge...
