very dissapointed services in bonanza 22/7/25. we aware of 45mins dine in period. when we came, its not crowded at all, pnly few couples and families. we went 8.23pm and ordered only 2 different kind of salmons (total 7 plates) and guess what? never arrived. called for the waiter and did not informed/explain anything just ok ok when we told our order was super late. not professional and bother to speed up our order. when we observed around, other customers that came later got served the same menu we ordered.
we decided to when call for bill, dont bother to double check the plates and asked us instead how many??? WHEN ASKED THE CASHIER IS OUR ORDER IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM, SHE SAID OH ORDERED THE SALMON NISHOKU YEAH HAS LONG QUES??!! WHY DIDNT EXPLAINED ANYTHING EARLIER?!! WE ONLY ORDER 2 KIND OF MENU ONLY WTH?!!! YOU DONT EVEN HAVE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE FULLY SEATED IN THE SHOP AND YOU KINDA BLAMED US TO ORDER THAT?!!!

Read morecame for sushi bonanza; started queue at 7.44 pm gets in at 8.45 pm first plate arrived at 9.40 pm the funny thing is, group after us finished eating first and their plates were way more than what we ordered. and we only got 3 plates out of the 10 we ordered. so we decided to just quit it at 10.15 pm. we were waiting and waiting and i had to call one of the waitress to ask how much longer will it take? then only she informed that most of the sushi are sold out, thus the choices were what’s left on the conveyor belt. Common sense, when u do a promotion specially Bonanza, u should have prepare ur stocks extra and sufficient. It is 3 days promo and right on the first day this happened? This is the 1st time I went to Tropicana Garden outlet which I have been so many times of Bonanza in 1Utama outlet and never had this issue ever! Ordered Ebi Fry and was not informed that it is not available and surprisingly in the system it was "PREPARED". Even Edamame was out of stock? Miso Soup was served bad, the Miso Paste was clumpy in the soup.
