Experienced super rude service on 29th April 2023 dinner time. I waited my sushi over the past one hour, have to ask your crew to check for my order then one male manager with glasses came and said rudely that the sushi is ready pointing there but am I suppose to collect myself? When sushi came he slammed the sushi onto our table. What is this? You are working at FnB industry your responsibility is to serve your customer with your profession, you represent your company Super Sushi but your attitude was horrendous and extremely bossy, with only compensation of free green tea, the green tea is refillable hello it only cost me like one or two dollars you are trying to make me forgive you of what you have did? I am not asking for anything, if you could nicely tell us that our food is on the way then I probably won’t even bother writing this long essay. Read moreThe worst speed that I had been waiting for my one rice among all the sushi zanmai outlet, what the hack 45min for one rice order, pls if u think that I'm ordering one thing only and can make simply serve is it? What is the idiot problem, and everytime I come also same problem and said that have many order so need to wait. I also eating at one utama outlet why don't have this problem, I m eating at their busy hours and full time session as well, but the food also can serve within 15min.
Everytime when facing this problem, when I pay I will look into the kitchen and see who is on the section and every time also the same fat boy that wearing glasses, sometimes I eat the same dishes on the same outlet it can serve fast within the 15min time and I saw is different staff which is fat lady inside, helo if is kitchen staff problem pls change the person la, don't keeping is type of lousy staff to effect your outlet quality.

I give the credit to Karl and another manager for offering foc cawan mushi for our displeasure but we returned it. Not their fault. The staff Cecilia was so rude. Firstly, I queued behind a group and there were four of us. If she noticed, she would know wei queued but our queued was cut by others. Aside I queued again. This time asked how many despite I said 4 pax. She dared even asked me where's your 4 pax as if I need to lie how many standing there? The rudeness is something I cannot accept. When I asked to speak to manager, she can tell me he's busy in kitchen. If you're not fit to be a staff at zanmai, go find others. Spoilt a nice lunch with family.
