Ordered grab and this is the second time ordering it. Don’t have the item but still put in the menu. First time ordered hotteok and ham cheese toast. And hotteok only came. Second time ordered chicken wrap and hotteok but found out only hotteok is available after making payment. Spoken to the owner, bivishya (dunno what’s the correct spelling), all she did was being defensive and not listening to customer’s feedback at all. Was told to complain to grab instead. I’m not complaining or whatsoever. I’m addressing my feedback to you! Shouldn’t you be solving this issue with the grab if customer has provide you the relevant feedback? I believe I’m not the only person facing this issue. Pls solve your issue with grab before anyone else face the same thing. And pls be more responsible and talk with proper manner if your item is unavailable to the customers. Also, pls check your grab ratings and comments (I have attached all the comments for you.) before you push all the blame to grab! Ppl have commented on your inefficiencies on informing unavailable items! Is your responsibility...
Read morebad service from staff. went there for a dine in, and apparently items that are out of stock cannot be refunded, and customers can only choose any other item from the menu that are the same price as the unavailable item. what if we do not like the other choices? a staff in the kitchen behaved in a rude manner when she told us about this. when we chose the item, the cashier made us pay since she did not pay attention on our request. they even took our original receipt and did nothing, so we had to walk up to them again. food was ok, but that's the same in any other myeongdong topokki branches, just that the staffs weren't. the staffs in setia city mall, sunway velocity, for example, were friendly and helpful. oh, also, the kimchi jjigae didn't have the myulchi bokkeum served with no explanation. hence, this shop is only good for delivery orders in foodpanda and grab, and it's no surprise that no other people dined in...
Read moreI do not recommend this eating place at all. Felt cheated with the so-called korean food names. Ordered an overpriced chicken bulgogi rice which the chicken and rice tasted awful. Soup tasted like lightly salted water with some chopped spring onion sprinkles. Ban chaan was fried anchovies, yellow colored pickel and a truly Messed up kimchi. How can you make ban chaans taste so dreadful?
I had to have Ah Cheng's laksa right after this place just to wash down the ridiculous taste just so I dont spoil my mood and my evening dinner.
This is the 2nd location I had tried and this is my last EVER visit to any of...
