Bar.B.Q Plaza @ Central i-City Mall — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Honestly went there in march then november… nothing change….. i sincerely ask bbq plaza to terminate the owner or branch manager of this location. Its not easy to have a non halal section in this mall and then you guys screw it…. To those staff who works there and are watching this feedback…. We have been to others bbq plaza and we comparing you vs your other branch as well and you are the worst in terms of service and doesnt deserve to be charge 10%…. Slow is one thing… but when we raise hand pretend like never saw us or hoping other colleague saw us… yes we aware the language barrier but still… and everything forgot …a humilation to chinese owner …. Puik!!!!!!

Why i puik???? Because ever since early this yesr despite numerous feedback about your customer service from so many people and you did nothing to improve it….. we dont mind a slow progress but we see...

Had a very unhappy experience with the service in this place. Went in at 7.20pm requesting for a table for 4 but we decided to have a bigger table with 2 cookers instead of 1 as our party of 4 had 2 who did not eat beef and we do not wish to share the cookers. We were rejected the request with their excuse being “that is a table for 6” and can not accommodate our request as we were a party of 4 and only entitled to sit a table for 4. So we asked them, what if the place was full and a party of 3 came in to the place and the only table left was a 6 seater? Will you not let them sit? Their response was “it’s impossible”. Is it reasonable for businesses to force customers to cramp in one small table when there are many many empty tables left? I feel very disappointed in this treatment by a well...

Very very very very bad services, we have 6 adults and 1 kid, they put us in a small table and i asked is this the biggest table and the staff said yes, then next we asked if side tables can be joined, after they set up the pots and stuff, the fella only answer yes can join. But table is set up so no choice we were kinda forced to take this table.

One of the worst thing is the staff put water jar right in front of my family while eating, like hello??

Until end of the meal i told the staff we were too packed in this small table, then only he said actually they can move the pots in the beginning, wow he some more blamed us that we didn't request to join table, hey we did ask in the beginning and you already set up??? And last you said this bullshit.

Never ever eat in this...
