Making a final stop at this outlet to buy a Batman watch before heading back to JB today. Both regret and fortunate that the purchase did not materialize. Regret because i really like the watch. Fortunate because the watch have some quality issue (the condition of the strap seems "old") and i will not be a happy customer If i bought it. About the service, i requested for the salesgirl to help with the setting of time and date. It took quite long for her to complete. I do not understand why because it is pretty straight forward. "Ding ding dong dong" for quite a while before i notice that the stop watch needle was not pointing at the correct position. And again, she went to another colleague for help. When i was about to finalize the purchase, my wife notice that the condition of the strap is not good (Very difficult to describe - the surface becomes rough when u bend it. Looks vulnerable. Afraid it might just torn off). To me, Tomaz products are of high standard and quality and all customers should be treated as such too. I requested for a new one but the salesgirl did not obliged to my request and insisted there is nothing "abnormal" about the quality. A word of advice to all sales persons at Tomaz, please wear gloves when handling the goods for customers, i notice during the process, fingerprints was all over the watch. No one customer will be happy to see this. In the end, i told the sales guy at the counter (he seems a bit blur and sleepy) to tell the salesgirl (she went to see her colleague for help again) who attended me that i will buy the watch from another outlet. Next when it comes to Tomaz Factory , once entered to the outlet , no greetings at all , the person at cashier counter when asking where can I refer for alternation counter , he is showing that way (fyi,only one customer inside instead of me that time). Once at that counter one Malay lady sitting there and saw me while busying on call with her friend not bothering at all. At one time I stop her and ask her regards my reason , she pause her call and ask to go behind room (fitting room) and come back, come back still on call and the person who stiching at back relaxing. Okie , those on the way now and I approached to counter back to ask for my Tomaz Brand šwatch strap change, got the answer but I dislike it I mean the design they show is not my preference, once I tell no they like okie fine. Then today want submit my defects call and msg their warranty team. Nobody reply me then I try customer service WhatsApp. Luckily they replied me and ask me directly walk in to this outlet. But when I reach there 1 of the staff ask me why I didn't make appointments and I need to wait as they all busy! Even I show him the conversation on WhatsApp he said that's not warranty team number. I straight said what the F! As I really can't control my anger that time. Its wasting my time! I'm staying far away from your outlet!
Luckily I manage contact back the services team. They claim that there's some misunderstanding and another staff take my defect item without apologies for their mistake, only the service team on WhatsApp said sorry to me. With their high price tag and this kind of service I don't think I will buy...
