Luxury Avenue Mall Cancún — Attraction in Cancún

Such an unfortunate experience. I was taking a look at the Dior makeup, and a lady told me if I needed anything. I was like, not yet, thank you. I'll let you know when I have questions, etc. She stood one 3 ft from me and stared at me the whole time. I told her that she was so close and looking at me, making me uncomfortable, and she said, " I'm not looking at you. I'm looking elsewhere." I asked again if she could stop being so close and staring at me. She didn't and said that I was there if I needed any help. I thought a third time to ask and explain how uncomfortable this type of behavior was making me was useless. I can not believe that even after explicitly and repeatedly saying to someone that was making me uncomfortable, her behavior remained. Awful...

I am not flashy and when I went into the Rolex store, they had a couple of VIPs there While I only had shorts and a t shirt. Even though I didn’t look like a VIP, I was treated with the upmost respect by Antonio. He is one of the most top of the line high class sales persons I’ve ever met. Incredibly genuine and a great brand ambassador for Rolex. I have the greatest respect for the sales people there, who are all incredibly nice and accommodating. If you get a chance to go there, ask for Antonio - he is wonderful to work with and will treat you with sincerity and respect regardless of who you are. If you get a chance to buy from him, the process is flawless...

Half of Luxury Avenues is a boutique mall, so they are smaller footprint stores with a more limited inventory. They do have many luxury brands, and any that are missing from Las Isla, you will find here. Burberry had the most helpful staff, while everyone else held their noses higher than they should be; this was to all of the customers. Compared prices to what the brand themselves have online, and it appeared that the stores here all had a noticeable mark up.

The other half of the mall has Forever 21, and then a lot of souvenir shops.
