Playa Tortugas Cancun — Attraction in Cancún

The trip was fun- crew was awesome! However, we were ill-informed about the trip itself. Disappointing to find out after we were suited up for snorkeling at anyone 60 and over, did not qualify for this portion of the trip. My complaint is that we were unaware of this prior to boarding and scheduling. There should be consideration for those who felt capable of engaging in the snorkeling experience. It was quite an expensive trip without having this snorkeling experience.

We were also told that we could “walk“ the island and swim at the beaches. That wasn’t the farthest thing from the truth. You absolutely must rent a golf cart for an additional $100.

Check with several people at your resort before booking...

Be careful as there are some people who want to take money from you for the parking (we were told 100 pesos) but they don't give a parking ticket out so we refused to pay under these circumstances. Estas piden espere 45 minutos para después decir que debe ir a otro embarcadero ahi te montan en una panga sin seguridad sin chalecos iban 11 personas y 4 niños sin chaleco salva vidas.
