Nestled in the heart of Cancun, Mexico, Casino Macao may be small in size, but it packs a punch when it comes to entertainment and excitement. During my recent visit, I discovered that this hidden gem offers an intimate yet thrilling gaming experience that's perfect for both seasoned gamblers and casual players alike. Walking into Casino Macao, I was immediately struck by its vibrant atmosphere and welcoming ambiance. Despite its compact layout, the casino boasts a wide variety of games, including slots, blackjack, poker, and roulette, ensuring that there's something for everyone to enjoy. Playing with pesos at Casino Macao in Cancun made me feel like I was starring in my own personal "Rich Gringo" movie – it's amazing how a handful of colorful bills can turn even the most frugal American into a high-rolling tycoon!

I'm changing my review. I mentioned I had a bad experience with my bill. I am actually at the casino now. I played the slots (and was actually winning but giving it back now) waiting for the manager. Emilio the manager Hector, the security near the bar was also very helpful, he called someone and explained things and his English is pretty good. When I looked my credit card statement the $44 dollars was gone. Emilio more than apologized, gave me a drink on the house and was remorseful for the mistake That's all people want is really good customer service. As I stated before the casino is clean, modern, near a mid - upscale mall Everyone is professional and they have great uniforms. I'm glad I went back. I heard the food is good. I will come tomorrow to try and let you know.

Took my elderly Dad to this casino as he was bored at the Dreams Sands Cancun. I was very surprised of the cleanliness of the casino which is located in Isla Dorada complex. No smoking is allowed and as you are going up the elevators, feels like you are entering a Spa of some sort, due to the Aromatherapy smell. Within the Casino they have a restaurant. The complex is beautiful with brand name stores, shops and even a cinema. I would have given the casino 5 star, but because of their policy of retaining I believe a 7% of any of your winnings, didn't think that was good. They claimed it was government imposing such rules!! The casino has an ATM for your convenience and I believe I paid $5 service fee. Don't forget your ID or Driver's license as they will require this.

I recently visited this casino and had a great time. Although it's smaller compared to those in the US, it offers a fun atmosphere. However, I did notice a few drawbacks. The commission fees for refilling the card or cashing out are quite high, and they don't offer any complimentary services—drinks are on you regardless of how much you spend. The staff, particularly the girls and waiters, were very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the cash desk personnel, who were not very welcoming and didn't seem to mind making patrons wait. Also, be aware that the machines operate in Mexican pesos, which is fine, but don't get confused thinking you've won thousands of dollars. Overall, it's a nice place to visit.

Great option to spend time if it's raining and you're at the all-inclusive resort with nothing to do I didn't find out about the casino until I was walking by the shops next door Only a couple of tables of black jack and roulette and poker are available each (low minimums) They had a promotion to match 1000 pesos if you play them at the table but unclear about how to redeem (must be played all and with matched money at table) Also, they have a conversion rate for dollars and a tax cash out fee Although they rip you off left and right, I still came out positive

I love this little casino. It's super nice inside. The staff for the most part, were friendly. Give your two bartenders that worked day shift on 4/26 a raise! I hate I didn't catch their names but they made me the best blackberry smash I've tasted. Yes... it's a full bar inside too along with sofas to lounge and watch the game. I've been in Mexico for 8 days and I've gone twice. 👍🏽👍🏽 The reviews about money conversion issues and payouts didn't apply during my visit. I was paid correctly.
