We stayed at Hotel Suites Nadia in 2018, and I rated it 5-Star then, and this recent visit it's exactly the same as we remembered it, so the Nadia keeps that score.||||We love the El Centro location, which is a working class area of Puerto Vallarta, so there's plenty of families around, along with shops, a grocery store, Oxxo's (of course!), money changers, massage shops, restaurants, food stands, the Malecon, and a ton of local sites to visit that are all within easy walking distance.||||The rooms at Hotel Suites Nadia are large enough for two, with a separate bedroom, and a good sized bathroom with walk-in shower. We enjoyed the fully-equiped kitchen, and each day we received bottled water, coffee supplies and dish cleaning soap too! We had room 402, which is top center, and in my opinion has the best ocean view. We also love the rooftop pool and hot tub, and there's always a lounger or chair to take in the beach view.||||We lucked in that we got our Free Breakfast coupons for the rooftop restaurant. The waiter, Jorge, along with the gals who cook the food, do a wonderful job, and I enjoyed the best-ever "Chefs Omellete" which should be on the menu! Bad news is that reservations made after mid-November 2022 do not come automatically with the Free Breakfast, which is too bad because that's one of the benefits of staying in a Boutique-Style Hotel. So, double check when booking if there's a special that includes the breakfast.||||A few improvements I would recommend;||1. Replace outer door for a door with a window to see the view, and on the new door update the key system for an electronic card system. ||2. Install safes in each room instead of using the old main safe located at reception. ||3. Paint the interior walls which would really update the colour and increase the light. ||||But all-in-all it's a good place to call home, and we really enjoyed our 5-nights here. Thanks to the rooftop restaurant staff, Theresa; the day receptionist, Lorenzo; the night receptionist, and Bertha; our wonderful housekeeper, for your wonderful service...nos vemos el próximo año! ||Travel...
Read moreI personally did not stay here, but I made the booking for my mom and my daughter. Nayarit is my birth place, and I wanted my daughter to have a great experience. I worked directly with Patsy via phone and email. She was of great assistance and I always received promt response from her. I also spoke to other employees of day and night shifts, and they were all very courteous. You might ask, why all this communication? I made the purchase and the card holder must be present at check in as a signature is required. The card used for purchase must be shown as well at check in, and, well, I'm in California. We made things work and everything was resolved right away. My mom and my daughter loved their stay, room, view, and food. They were on the 5th floor with amazing ocean views. On the night before check out, they decided to stay an extra night and Patsy was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you so much to the Nadia team.

Chris Ferland reviewed Hotel Suites Nadia, Puerto Vallarta —
We booked this place for 4 nights after staying in Yelapa for a week at the Beautiful MiraMar Casa Manta Ray. We wanted to end our picture perfect holiday with some peace and quiet in a cute little place.
What we got was alot different.
When stepping into the bedroom the floor looked nice but the grout on the tile started breaking off in huge chunks as the floor has play on both sides of the bed. Like about 1/2" of play and I am not a large person 6 feet about 200 pounds.
The windows look like they lock. But only if you use a butter knife to hold the latch in place. It takes 1 second to open the locked window.(I posted a video of this on facebook) and got a few laughs.
Now about the peace and quiet we were hoping for. NONE. Beach club next door has music cranked from 10 am to 3 am. So if you are lucky you can sleep from 3 until 10. All day music going boom boom boom.
Now the kitchenette. No knives for cutting WE REQUESTED A KNIFE WITHIN FIRST HOUR. We had to go buy a chef knife from the market 24 hours later. We were promised a knife, but nope. No knife. No lid for the pan, no utensils and nowhere to actually cook.
A positive is the staff were very nice and the cook Roman is extremely kind. We will be requesting a 2 night refund once we get home. Why when we get home? Because the owner is nowhere around apparently and we didnt want to wait all week for him to show up. We paid for 4 nights and stayed for 1. Figure 1 day for them to find someone else... therefore i figure its fair to get a 2 night refund. I am considering starting a blog about this place with pictures and videos if i get nowhere with this as I am quite computer savvy. Not a good speller but know how to let alot of people who type in hotel suites nadia find out stuff. Look forward to the reply....
