I'm very suspicious of most of the reviews after having gone here yesterday. I've gotten 100+ massages in 3 continents and 10+ countries, so I feel as if I have a reasonable amount of experience and context to provide a more honest assessment of this spa's positives and negatives.

Positives: -Extremely friendly staff -Squeaky clean and aesthetically beautiful facility -Delicious Espresso provided upon arrive -Easy booking

Negatives: -Many red flags, some unprofessional (most were unintentional, but no less concerning since they are the norm there). -Generic massage, did not read our intake form (red flag) or discuss the trouble areas we were seeking to address with the massage, a first I've not encountered before (red flag) -Booked deep tissue, but only received deep tissue in mid-back and nowhere else. Everywhere else was a basic Swedish massage more or less. -Trouble areas listed were neck, lower back/hips. But never touched QL's or erector spinae muscles. -Cheap massage tables (red flag). Not height adjustable so whether you have a tall or short masseuse, they are stuck using the same table, and it showed during my massage as she was simply unable to reach many areas with any leverage. Face cradle is also not adjustable in height or angle, only slides in/out. -Used towels for the face cradle coverings, not cradle covers (red flag). A cheap shortcut I've never seen before. -During the couples massage we received identical massages, choreographed with a singing bowl being struck: a huge red flag, since no two bodies are the same, and we listed different areas to focus on (red flag). Couples massages, in general, seem to have this more generic approach for some reason. -Steam Room is not a real steam room. It is a shower fitted with a steamer. Only from the chest up was warm. The bench, floor, and wall were cold. We got out after 9 of the 30 minutes booked since it was just for show and not actually effective in loosening you up prior to a massage since it was 2/3rds cold, and were still charged full price. -The doors between the lobby and "steam room" and shower you would use after the steam room are glass (red flag), so if you were to shower you would be seen by anyone in the lobby or walking by. Our masseuses were both standing outside the glass door looking in the entire time because you could tell they were nervous and anxious to please, but it was very awkward. When we asked about a curtain or how to use the shower they didn't understand and told us not to use the shower because it only had cold water, and instead to use the shower in the locker room. -The shower in the locker room also only had cold water. -They escorted us both to the locker room, but it only had room for one person. I kept asking if I could step out to give my partner room to change and she just kept saying "It is ok" but was blocking the entryway to leave the locker room. Finally I just politely asked if I might please use the restroom and she allowed me to pass into the hallway so my girlfriend could change. -At the start of session they asked if we preferred a male/female masseuse since there was one of each. My gf said make for me (man) and female for her. It was reversed. Just another communication issue. -Egregiously expensive. Especially when you consider the above.

In conclusion this spa is not a massage spa that offers a legitimate therapeutic massage addressing spasms, tightness, myofacial release, etc. It is an "experience" spa meant for those who simply want a relaxing Swedish massage and a cool decor. So you can decide what your goals are and choose accordingly.

Sexually inappropriate, fraudulently charging, bruising experience.

My family and I live here and have come here several times for service without issue or complaint.

However this time, my wife was inappropriately touched on her breasts, butt, and inner thighs.

She specifically requested upper back and neck focus. This was ignored, while extra attention was given to her sexual areas by the male masseuse on July 26. This man also roughly folded her arm behind her back and lifted her to expose her breasts to the open.

This should not be a matter of debate as a male masseuse’s hands should never touch the bare skin of a woman’s breasts and butt.

My wife has had a large number of massages over the years and this is the ONLY time anyone has ever touched her in this way.

On top of that, the masseuses was so rough that she has visible bruising on her lower back.

Beyond that, they fraudulently charged us for more than we received. We received an hour massage with a 30 minute facial. We were charged for an hour and half massage plus a 30 minute facial.

When we asked for an itemized receipt they failed to provide it to us.

Their response to all of these honest claims was to offer us a free massage. Which is absolutely absurd. Why would my wife return to the place that made her feel so uncomfortable?

I have been to some great massage spas and I mean it with the fullest sincerity that this was the best experience that I have ever had in my entire life. My significant other and I received the Air Ritual and there was no stone left un-turned with the service that was extended within this ritual. The healers that performed our service were Rebeca and Saul. If you have the beautiful enjoyment of experiencing the unbelievable service from these two unbelievable human beings, then you will complete the experience feeling the same that I do. They were both so kind and gentle and did every single thing that they could to ensure we received the highest treatment possible.
