Great atmosphere, amazing and attentive personnel! The food and the drinks are reasonably priced for the location and their quality. During our stay at Motto by Hilton we tried many times the guacamole, the burgers, their margaritas and the green salad with the grilled watermelon and everything was super delicious! Only thing that I would change regarding the guests of Motto that use the rooftop is the way they ask you to pay the bill by the time you leave. Apparently it is not possible to charge the room and we were not informed about it the first day and the person that asked us to pay asked us in an i polite way as if we would leave Tulum without paying which I believe for the prices of the Rooftop and taking into consideration the rates of Motto is not a polite way to treat your guests. Other than that we really enjoyed it!

The place is nice HOWEVER, I have to say that the argentino manager is rude rude rude. He wouldn't even let us borrow mosquito repellent from the bar which they are supposed to offer to clients, and we were clients. We spent the day there, eating and drinking and he was rude about that saying we should bring our own mosquito repellent (we did not know the place was infested with mosquitos) and that we should leave by 9pm when other people were there until 10pm. If I rated the service with one star is because of him, the argentino manager.. the waiters were amazing, the bartenders as well..but he was rude to everyone, not just us.

The rooftop restaurant and bar at Motto by Hilton is a fantastic spot with a great atmosphere and an amazing team of workers who make the experience even better. The views are stunning, and the vibe is perfect for a relaxed evening. The food was good, but some dishes felt a bit too oily, and the wait time was longer than expected. Additionally, the pool area could use more attention to cleanliness to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. That said, the overall experience was enjoyable, and with a little improvement in speed, food balance, and pool maintenance, this place could be truly exceptional.
