MAREM TULUM — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Marem is a fantastic restaurant, a luxury culinary experience which is not to be missed. Anyone keen to supplement their tropical vacation with decadent food should give it a go. Each dish we tried was delicious and (critically) distinct. There were different flavor profiles all based on local tastes. All were equally incredible. Our waiter Roberto led us well, putting us on a path to a kind of satisfaction which endures. It wasn't just that our bellies were full; we left with memories which will surely last.

Riding into Tulum, you'll see many restaurants advertising on the road. I don't know if Marem has a billboard. We chose it more or less randomly, but I can't imagine any of the other restaurants in the area outshine this one. Simply WOW!! I had the pleasure of visiting MAREM 9/2/2022 during my bday trip. We stayed in the Aloft hotel next door and were out walking...the great host Roberto came over to Welcome us! He showed me the menu and we came back the last night of our stay. So glad we did...We had the opportunity to experience a 6 course meal along with 2 signature drinks. Our host for the evening was Cristobal. He advised he was new but he was so well informed of the specialty menu and had great customer service you would never know. 10/10. My husband and I had the octopus tacos and the pinya colada. This was probably one of the Best tacos i ever had. The out side seating of the restaurant is so pretty especially at night with the lights. The service was great and Roberto the host was so kind and welcoming. Tony the server was also great and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted. Chef Jorge couldn’t go unnoticed as we were told he put together menu and wow- was the food amazing. They are just a few months new in the area of Tulum and very convenient location as it is right next to other restaurants and was in the area near our hotel. Definitely...
